The mission of the Consortium of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Educators (CPRE) is to develop, promote, and support academic initiatives and higher education programs specific to the contemporary practice of psychiatric rehabilitation. (Read more about our mission and goals)

Currently CPRE is dedicated to working on five goals:
  • Create and share educational content, materials, and resources with CPRE members;
  • Develop and promote educational standards in psychiatric rehabilitation;
  • Provide professional development opportunities and support for psychiatric rehabilitation educators;
  • Promote research that informs psychiatric rehabilitation education and practice;
  • Promote psychiatric rehabilitation education and disseminate information on educational opportunities.

Membership

CPRE membership is comprised of educators, researchers, and other relevant individuals associated with psychiatric rehabilitation who have a faculty appointment in a college or university.
